Our Purpose

Our purpose here at temple is to: Love People and walk alongside them as we follow Jesus.

we do that through our church family, and out in the community. Some of this happens through our ministries within the church, but much of this happens with what we want to do for our community as well.

Ministry is synonymous with serving. It is an 'outward' action. We serve people when we give what we have for their benefit. We minister by giving our time, energy, and money so that others lives might be improved.

It is with this in mind that we create and offer programs to meet the needs of children, students, and families. This is one way that we build beyond ourselves, by investing in the lives of children and families. For information about a specific age group, follow the link below.

However, ministry is more than just that. Here at Temple we also intentionally create opportunities for our people to reach out beyond the walls of our building to help people in our community.
